Registering for Employment at a Kelly Branch

Let our Personal Employment Consultants help you with current job opportunities.
There's a friendly atmosphere in all of our branches and you will be made to feel very welcome. You will be invited to complete a registration form with all your personal details, including skills, qualifications and employment background.  A current CV would also be helpful.

Will I have to do a test?
Depending on the job, you may be asked to complete skills assessments eg numeracy, spelling and computer skills.

How long will this take?

Your employment consultant will advise you, but as a general rule allow at least one hour - we want to get to know you!

What happens next?

Your personal employment consultant will discuss your skills, preferences and personality, so that they can match you with the right job. Current job vacancies will then be checked for suitability.

When will I hear about current job opportunities?

If there are no job vacancies currently suitable, your employment consultant will continue to search and contact you immediately when they find one. It is also important that you keep in regular contact so you are up to date on current job opportunities.

Will Kelly arrange a job interview?

For temporary work, once we have gone through the assignment with you, you can start work straight away. There is no need to have another job interview - we will simply pass on your details to the employer.

For permanent positions, your employment consultant will contact you as soon as we find a suitable job vacancy. If you are interested, we will then pass on your details to the employer and arrange a job interview.
